Absolutely not! This course is designed for complete beginners with no prior DJing or musical experience. We'll guide you step-by-step, from knowing nothing to leading your very first immersive ecstatic dance set. You're in good hands!;)

To get started with this course, you'll need a laptop and a set of headphones. As we move further into library management & mixing, DJ Software and a DJ controller will become essential.

The theories and methods we teach are designed to be broadly applicable, not limited to any specific software or hardware. In this course, we use Native Instruments Traktor Pro 3 as our DJ software and the Traktor Kontrol S2 as our controller. Here you can find your laptop requirements for using this software.

However, you're welcome to use any DJ controller that suits your preference. We provide an extra module for all the Rekordbox & Pioneer users.

Our course features 12+ modules with over 70 carefully crafted lessons, each packed with valuable insights. We’ve intentionally condensed the lessons to around 4 minutes each, ensuring they’re quick, engaging, and easy to digest. In total, you'll have around 5 hours of content, but since you'll likely revisit lessons and practice alongside them, we estimate it will take you anywhere from 1 to 3 months to complete the course at your own pace.
